Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the product(s) and it was/were damaged in any way. If this is due to no fault of the customer, Vimal Clothing will pay for the return shipping cost once the item has been received by one of our agents.
Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point the customer is eligible for a refund or to have the correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.
This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.

Vimal Clothing does not accept exchanges. This means that if you placed an order and received exactly what you ordered, but would like to exchange for a different size/color/design or return it, you would need to place a separate and new order.

HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once one of our agents receives your returned product(s), you will be refunded to the same payment source that you initially made the purchase with - within 7 days.
