Returns will be accepted in the event that the customer received the product(s) and it was/were damaged in any way, or there is a size issue or you received the wrong product within 7 days of delivery of product.
If this is due to no fault of the customer, Vimal Clothing will pay for the return shipping cost.
Please raise a return or exchange request on the footer of the website for the same.
Once the product(s) have been returned and reached us, at that point the customer is eligible for a refund via store credit or to have the correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge after the quality check of the product.
This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.
HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once one of our agents receives your returned product(s) and it has reached us, you will be refunded via store credit - within 7 days.
